İğneada Floodplain Forests National Park

The İğneada Floodplain Forests National Park (Turkish: İğneada Longoz Ormanları Milli Parkı), established on November 13, 2007, is a national park located within Kırklareli Province in Marmara Region of Turkey. The area covered is 3,155 acres or 7,800 hectares and it is located at İğneada town which sits on the Turkish-Bulgarian border.

Streams flowing from the slopes of Strandja mountain range towards Black Sea form alluvium along the shore, which is filled up with seasonal floodrays due to its role as a floodplain.
