Section 03

How we use your information

We process relevant information to respond to requests and arrange the services you ask us to provide. In particular, this may include:

  • Responding to enquiries: answering questions, preparing proposals and customizing itineraries.
  • Managing bookings: confirming tours, airport transfers, balloon flights, accommodation and other requested arrangements.
  • Coordinating your trip: sharing necessary pickup points, flight times, traveler names and service instructions with the relevant operating teams.
  • Communicating changes: providing vouchers, updates, weather-related changes, cancellations and refund information.
  • Processing payments: tracking deposits, receipts, invoices and outstanding balances.
  • Running and protecting the website: maintaining functionality, handling technical issues and detecting misuse.
  • Optional communications: sending marketing or promotional content where required permission has been obtained and honored.
Travel photos and video: if guest images or testimonials are proposed for our website or social channels, we will address relevant permissions and privacy requirements separately rather than treating a booking as blanket permission to publish them.
Section 05

When we share information

Travel services often involve independent providers. To arrange your confirmed services, we may share the minimum reasonably necessary information with relevant recipients, which may include:

  • Licensed tour guides, drivers and vehicle / airport transfer providers;
  • Balloon operators, activity providers and experience hosts;
  • Hotels and other accommodation businesses;
  • Airlines, ticketing partners or other transport operators where booked;
  • Payment service providers, banks and accounting or booking support suppliers;
  • Website hosting, communications and technical service providers; and
  • Public authorities, professional advisers or legal bodies where disclosure is required or otherwise lawful.

Suppliers receive information relevant to their role, such as a guest name, party size, pickup point or flight arrival time. Some travel suppliers may process that information as independent controllers under their own privacy notices. We do not treat booking-related disclosure as permission for unrelated promotional use.

Section 06

Payments and information security

Depending on the service, payments may be made through secure payment links, an authorized payment method or another agreed process. Payment providers and banks may handle card and transaction data according to their own security standards and privacy practices. Transaction references and payment confirmations may be retained for administration and accounting.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including restricting access to staff and partners who need it for their work. No website, electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

A practical precaution: please do not send complete card numbers, card security codes or sensitive identity documents through a general website enquiry or public social-media message. Use the specific secure process arranged for your booking.
