- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Once confirmed, all rates and service details are guaranteed.
- A travel voucher will be sent after confirmation.
- The remaining balance can be paid before or after the trip.
Cancellation Highlights for Private Services
- Free Cancellation: No cancellation fee if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late Cancellation (24–48 hours): If canceled within 48 to 24 hours before the service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Last-minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service will be charged the full amount.
- No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for the service without prior notice are considered no-shows and payments are completely non-refundable.
- Large Groups: For larger groups or special arrangements, cancellation terms may be confirmed separately by your travel agent.
