- Free Cancellation: No cancellation fee if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late Cancellation: If canceled within 24 to 12 hours before the activity, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Last-minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the activity will be charged the full amount.
- No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for the service without prior notice are considered no-shows and payments are non-refundable.
