Arrival in Istanbul & Private Airport Transfer
Arrive at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), where our representative will meet you outside the international terminal exit with a sign bearing your name. Continue by private vehicle to your hotel in Istanbul’s historic Sultanahmet area.
The remainder of the day is free for rest or independent exploration, depending on your arrival time. Additional visits may be arranged for guests arriving early in the morning. Overnight in Sultanahmet, Istanbul.

UNESCO Historic Istanbul Tour
Meet your licensed guide at approximately 9:00 AM and begin with Topkapı Palace, the ceremonial and administrative heart of the Ottoman Empire. Explore its courtyards, imperial collections, treasury displays and sacred relics. The Harem Section is not included and requires a separate entrance ticket.
Continue on foot through the Hippodrome of Constantinople, once the setting for chariot races and major Byzantine ceremonies. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, then finish among the covered lanes of the Grand Bazaar. Return to your hotel at approximately 5:00 PM. Overnight in Sultanahmet.

Istanbul to Bursa & Cumalıkızık
Depart Istanbul and cross toward Yalova by ferry before continuing through the countryside to Bursa, the first major capital of the Ottoman state. Visit the monumental Grand Mosque of Bursa and the historic Koza Han Silk Market.
After lunch, continue to Cumalıkızık, a remarkably preserved early Ottoman village on the slopes of Uludağ. Walk through its narrow lanes, colorful houses and traditional village setting before returning to Bursa. Overnight in Bursa.

Bursa to Safranbolu
After an early breakfast, drive approximately four hours to Safranbolu. Following lunch, explore the UNESCO-listed old town, known for its Ottoman mansions, caravanserais, mosques, fountains, hammams and traditional market streets.
Walk through the historic neighborhoods and learn how Safranbolu developed as an important commercial stop along regional caravan routes. Check in to your hotel after the visit. Overnight in Safranbolu.

Safranbolu to Ankara
Travel to Ankara, the capital of modern Turkey, and visit the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. Its collections trace Anatolia from the Paleolithic and Neolithic periods through the Hittite, Phrygian, Urartian and later civilizations.
Continue to Anıtkabir, the mausoleum and museum complex dedicated to Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, founder of the Republic of Turkey. Transfer to your hotel after the visits. Overnight in Ankara.

Hattusha, Yazılıkaya & Drive to Cappadocia
Depart Ankara for the former Hittite capital of Hattusha. Explore the monumental city gates, defensive walls, temple districts and archaeological remains that reveal the political power of the Hittite Empire.
Continue to the nearby Yazılıkaya Open-Air Sanctuary, where processions of Hittite gods and goddesses were carved into the natural rock chambers. After the visits, drive to Cappadocia and check in to your cave-style hotel. Overnight in Göreme.

Private Cappadocia Tour – Underground City & Fairy Chimneys
An optional hot air balloon flight may be arranged before breakfast. At approximately 10:00 AM, meet your guide and driver for a panoramic introduction to Cappadocia’s volcanic landscape and UNESCO-listed cultural heritage.
Visit Kaymaklı Underground City, then continue to Pigeon Valley for views of Uçhisar Castle. After lunch in Avanos, see a traditional kick-wheel pottery demonstration before visiting Paşabağ and Devrent Valley. Return to the hotel at approximately 5:00 PM. Overnight in Göreme.

Private Cappadocia Tour – Valleys, Churches & Villages
Begin with a scenic walk through the Red and Rose Valleys, passing rock-cut churches, pigeon houses and colorful formations. The walk concludes near Çavuşin Village.
Continue to an Uçhisar viewpoint and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the frescoed churches of the Göreme Open-Air Museum, including the Dark Church where admission is available within the confirmed program. Finish with Mustafapaşa and the classic fairy chimneys of Ürgüp. Overnight in Göreme.

Cappadocia to Kahta via the Historic Caravan Route
Depart at approximately 8:00 AM and stop at the 13th-century Karatay Caravanserai, an important Seljuk roadside inn along the historic trade routes of Anatolia.
Continue to Kahramanmaraş for lunch and an opportunity to taste the city’s traditional goat-milk ice cream. Drive onward to the Kahta or Adıyaman region and check in to your hotel. Dinner is served at the hotel. Overnight in Kahta or Adıyaman.

Mount Nemrut Sunrise, Göbeklitepe, Şanlıurfa & Harran
Depart very early, usually around 3:30 AM, for Mount Nemrut. Walk approximately 30 minutes from the national park entrance area to the summit terraces and watch sunrise beside the colossal statues commissioned by King Antiochus I of Commagene.
Descend to visit Arsameia, Cendere Bridge and Karakuş Tumulus. After breakfast, continue to Göbeklitepe, then visit Balıklıgöl in Şanlıurfa and the traditional beehive houses of Harran. Return to Şanlıurfa for dinner. Overnight in Şanlıurfa.

Zeugma Mosaic Museum & Flight to İzmir
Depart Şanlıurfa at approximately 8:30 AM and drive to Gaziantep. Visit the Zeugma Mosaic Museum, home to an exceptional collection of Roman mosaics, frescoes, sculptures and architectural remains recovered from ancient Zeugma.
After the museum visit, transfer to Gaziantep Airport for the included domestic flight to İzmir. Upon arrival, meet your driver and continue privately to your hotel in Selçuk. Overnight in Selçuk.

Ephesus Ancient City & House of the Virgin Mary
Begin at approximately 9:30 AM with the UNESCO-listed Ephesus Ancient City. Walk through the Odeon, Curetes Street, Trajan Fountain, Temple of Hadrian, Library of Celsus and the Great Theatre, where Saint Paul is associated with the city’s early Christian history.
After lunch, visit the remains of the Temple of Artemis and continue to the House of the Virgin Mary, a peaceful pilgrimage site in the hills above Ephesus. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Overnight in Selçuk.

Pamukkale, Hierapolis & Aphrodisias
Depart early for Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Explore the ancient necropolis, city gates, main street and theatre before walking across the white travertine terraces formed by calcium-rich thermal waters. Swimming in the Antique Pool is optional and requires a separate ticket.
After lunch, continue to Aphrodisias Ancient City, celebrated for its ancient school of sculpture. Visit the Sebasteion, theatre, agora, baths, Temple of Aphrodite, odeon, stadium, Tetrapylon and museum before returning to Selçuk. Overnight in Selçuk.

Pergamon, Asclepion & Drive to Çanakkale
Drive north to the UNESCO-listed Pergamon Ancient City. Reach the hilltop Acropolis by cable car when operating and explore the Temple of Trajan, steep theatre, library area, Temple of Dionysus and other monumental remains.
Continue to the Asclepion, one of the ancient world’s leading healing centers, where sacred water, dream interpretation and therapeutic spaces formed part of the treatment tradition. After the visits, drive to Çanakkale. Dinner is included. Overnight in Çanakkale.

Troy, Gallipoli Battlefields & Return to Istanbul
Begin at the legendary Ancient City of Troy. Learn about the archaeological layers of Troy I through Troy IX, the Bronze Age city walls, houses, sanctuary areas, odeon and the enduring stories connected with the Trojan War.
Continue to the Gallipoli Battlefields, including ANZAC Cove, Lone Pine, Johnston’s Jolly, the 57th Regiment Memorial, The Nek and Chunuk Bair. After the battlefield tour, drive to Istanbul and check in to your hotel. Overnight in Sultanahmet.
