- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Once confirmed, all rates and program details are guaranteed.

- Free Cancellation: No cancellation fee if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled experience.
- Late Cancellation (12-24 hours): If canceled within 24 to 12 hours before the experience, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
- Last-minute (Under 12 hours): Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the experience will be charged the full amount.
- No-shows: Guests who do not arrive for the experience without prior notice are considered no-shows and payments are completely non-refundable.
