- Contact us with your preferred date, number of guests and Istanbul hotel name.
- We will check real-time cruise and transfer availability.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Once confirmed, the agreed rate and program are guaranteed.
- Your travel voucher and exact hotel pick-up time will be sent after confirmation.
- The remaining balance can be paid according to your booking arrangement.
Cancellation Highlights for Daily Tours
- Free Cancellation: No cancellation fee if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
- Late Cancellation (24–48 hours): Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the cruise are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Last-minute Cancellation (Under 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the cruise are charged in full.
- No-shows: Guests who are not ready at the confirmed pick-up point without prior notice are considered no-shows, and payments are non-refundable.
