Terms & Conditions
The purchase of any travel services offered by www.wowcappadocia.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Venere Travel, and represents your acceptance of the Venere Travel Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please make sure that you read the conditions carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. The travel contract shall commence after the confirmation of the booking is sent by Venere Travel. The following terms and conditions are applied to bookings made by you through your usage of www.wowcappadocia.com website until 31st December 2020.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT A deposit of 30% of the tour price per person by credit card payment or bank transfer is required upon confirmation of your booking. Once the deposit is received, it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
The remaining balance of the tour price (70%) is due to be paid on arrival to Cappadocia if your itinerary includes Cappadocia or 1 week advance payment to your arrival to Turkey if you do not have Cappadocia on your itinerary.
The deposit should be made by Credit card or Bank transfer with following details: BANK TRANSFER
When you agreed about your tour itinerary with our agent, he/she will let you know about our bank details.
All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email.

After the refund amount is agreed based on our cancellation policy, we will send the amount to your credit card or bank right after. It should take between 5 – 15 business days depending on country, national holidays, etc.
Children under 12 years are generally granted a reduction of up to 50% off the land tour and 20% off airfare, provided that they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. Our agents will advise about the rates on some special tours if needed.
No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodations, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the tour price, but not utilized by the tour members.
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent between 5 and 7 business days after confirmation. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control such as flight cancellations. Metis Travel and affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
Personal Travel Insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all. However, as a condition of accepting you on the trip, we insist on your having a personal comprehensive travel insurance policy. For Private Customized Turkey tours, we will provide travel insurance, but still we recommend having a separate one from your country.
This information is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice. However, should any changes occur, they will be posted on the website immediately. However, if the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply.
