Preparation Process of Ingredients: Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, approximately 20-30g each. Cut the bell peppers and peeled tomatoes into pieces similar in size to the meat. Peel the pearl onions and garlic cloves. Set them aside to be added whole to the pot kebab. Optionally, garlic can be used in individual cloves. Mix salt and black pepper in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix water and sunflower oil. Prepare a dough made of flour and water. Filling the Pots Process: Place the diced meat at the base of the clay pot.
