Production Method:

Ingredients:
- 500 g diced lamb meat (prepared from a mixture of ribs and forearms) - 500 ml water - 500 g pearl onions - 100 g butter - 10 g tomato paste - 8 g salt - 5 g black pepper

Preparation:
1. Boil the diced lamb meat, prepared from a mixture of ribs and forearms, in 500 ml of water for 30 minutes. 2. In another pan, sauté pearl onions with butter over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add black pepper and tomato paste, stir, and continue to sauté for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Place the boiled meat over the sautéed mixture, and drizzle the meat's boiling water over them. Add salt and cook over low heat for 40-50 minutes. 4. Serve Konya Zülbiyesi / Konya Sülbiyesi hot.
