Production Method:

- 250 g lamb cubes - 500 g turnips - 1 onion - 15 g butter - 750 ml hot water - 12 g salt - 1 tablespoon tail fat

1. Sauté the lamb cubes in a pot until the water is absorbed. Thinly slice the onion and sauté it with butter and tail fat until golden brown. 2. While the meat is sautéing, peel and slice the turnips into circular shapes. Once the meat is browned, add the sliced turnips and mix. 3. Add salt and hot water, then let Konya Şalgam Gallesi simmer for approximately 1 hour. 4. Serve Konya Şalgam Gallesi hot.
