Production Method:

Ingredients: - 1/2 kg diced lamb meat - 1200 g bread quince - 200 g dry onions - 70 ml grape molasses - 10 g tomato paste - A pinch of salt - 60 g butter - 10 ml olive oil

After mixing the lamb meat and finely chopped onions, half of the mixture is placed at the bottom of the pot. Half of the cubed quinces are sprinkled over the meat. The remaining half of the onion and meat mixture is placed on top of the quinces, and quinces are placed again on top.A mixture of molasses, salt, tomato paste, olive oil, and 200 ml of water is stirred and added to the pot. Then, butter is added, and the dish is cooked until the quinces become tender. Kırşehir Ayva Boranısı is served hot.
