Production Method:

The components and production stages used in the production of Kırşehir Ahi Helvası are detailed below: - 250 g melted butter - 300 g specially processed wheat flour - 300 g honey - 600 ml milk - 250 g chopped walnuts Honey is poured into the milk and stirred until completely dissolved.

In a pot, butter and flour are stirred for about 10 minutes until the flour absorbs the butter. Then, it is roasted over low heat, stirring for approximately 45 minutes until the flour turns brown. Once the flour has turned brown, the mixture of honey and milk is slowly poured over it and stirred for an additional 5 minutes. After removing it from the heat, chopped walnuts are added and mixed in. Kırşehir Ahi Helvası is shaped as desired and served hot.
