Karaman Guymak Dessert

Production Method:

400 g clotted cream 5-7 tablespoons wheat flour 200 g honeycomb honey

Production: The clotted cream is placed in a pan and heated on the stove until it foams. It is then taken off the heat, and wheat flour is gradually added and stirred until a thick mixture is obtained. It is roasted until it turns pink. Once it evenly takes on color and can be shaped with a spoon, it is transferred to a serving plate and smoothed around the edges and on top with a spoon. Then, pieces of honeycomb honey are cut and placed on top. Optionally, strained honey can be added to the side of the serving plate.
