Ingredients for Düzce Acıkası: - Red pepper paste: 1 kg - Walnut kernels: 250 g - Roasted hazelnut kernels grown and produced within the geographical boundary: 100 g - Sunflower oil: 150 ml - Butter: 50 g - Garlic: 35 g - Coriander (Cone): 35 g - Cumin: 6 g - Sweet paprika: 6 g - Red pepper flakes: 6 g - Thyme: 6 g - Basil: 3.5 g - Cıbrısa (Azıbra): 3.5 g - Salt: 4 g

Preparation of Düzce Acıkası: After placing the red pepper paste in the cauldron, sunflower oil is added, and it is boiled for 20-30 minutes until the water evaporates. After the boiling process, butter is added. Then, walnut kernels, roasted hazelnuts, garlic, coriander, cumin, sweet paprika, red pepper flakes, thyme, basil, cıbrısa, and salt are added in the specified amounts above, mixed, and the acıkası is prepared and ready to be served.
