Production Method:

Cracked bulgur obtained from wheat grown within the geographical border is used in the production of Batman Piçik Dish. The components and production method for making approximately 6 servings of Batman Piçik Dish are provided below. Ingredients: - 250 g coarse bulgur - 250 g fine bulgur - 500 g yogurt - 100 g butter - 2 cloves of garlic - Red pepper - Salt - Wheat flour (for preventing sticking) - 1 liter water

Preparation: Coarse and fine bulgur are mixed, water is added, and it is kneaded until it reaches a dough-like consistency. From the rested dough, meatballs with an average diameter of 2 cm are rolled and coated with flour to prevent sticking. After boiling in water, they are placed on a serving plate.

In a pot, melted butter is mixed with red pepper and finely chopped garlic, heated until sizzling. The prepared sauce is poured over the boiled meatballs. Batman Piçik Dish is served hot.
