Production Method:

Ingredients: - 1.5 liters of milk (preferably buffalo milk) - 300 g dried figs - 200 g sugar - 1 liter hot water

First, the milk is boiled in an aluminum or chrome pot. Figs are diced, and the diced figs are placed in a separate bowl with 1 liter of hot water to soften the figs. After softening, the figs are removed from the water and placed in a bowl. Cold milk at 50°C is poured over the figs until the bowl is full or, depending on the size of the figs, poured over them without exceeding their size (according to preference). The figs are then crushed with the back of a wooden spoon. Sugar is added according to the sweetness of the fig, tasted during the process. The mixture can then be divided into bowls if desired, or covered with a tray and wrapped with a cloth for 2-3 hours to rest. Afterward, it is placed in the refrigerator for 12 hours and made ready for serving.
