After kneading, the dough is left to rest.Preparation of the filling: All plants are chopped and mixed. Curd cheese, salt, and Milas Olive Oil are added and thoroughly mixed. Preparation and baking of Milas Çaykaması: The baking tray for the pastry is greased with Milas Olive Oil and butter. Half of the dough is spread over it. The filling is evenly placed over the entire surface of the dough. The other half of the dough is spread over the filling after being diluted with 200 ml of water. A mixture of kaymak and Milas Olive Oil is whisked and evenly spread over the dough. In an oven preheated to 200°C, the pastry is baked for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
