Highlights of Cappadocia Tour with lunch will start at 09:30 from your hotel in Goreme or little earlier from other towns (we will let you know about the pick-up time from other towns at the time of booking) and drive to the most important place in Cappadocia: Goreme Open Air Museum. The museum is a big monastery complex and there are 9 churches over 1000 year-old that you can visit. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1985 and our guide will give information about the history of the region & museum. After visiting the site about 1,5 hours, we will drive to Love Valley Panorama Point to see some interesting shaped fairy chimneys and Red & Rose Valleys from a nice angle.
Then, we will drive to Pasabag Fairy Chimneys to see the best-protected fairy-chimneys in Cappadocia region. Pasabag is also called as "Monks Valley" and there are a lot of multiple-headed fairy chimneys. Our guide will give you information about the formation of these fairy chimneys and the entire region as well. After the visit, we will drive to Avanos to have our lunch in a small boutique restaurant.
After lunch, we will see the kick-wheel pottery demonstration in Avanos which is an art almost 4000 years old inherited from the Hittites. Then, we will drive to Kaymakli Underground City for about 30 minutes to see the largest underground city in Cappadocia. The city is an amazing architectural carving that has storages, churches, living areas, wineries and so much more. The final visit will be in Pigeon Valley to see the beautiful view of the valley and Uchisar Castle from a panoramic point. After this visit, we will drive you back to your hotel around 17:00.

General Policy of Booking Process
When you email us regarding the tour, we will send you an itinerary based on the actual "real-time" availability and the rate information we are receiving from hotels and airlines. Until your deposit is received through our secure form, the rate and availability of the hotels and flights might change. When we confirm your reservation; all rates, hotels and flights are guaranteed. As we are using several outside vendors, if any arrangements in your itinerary has to be changed after confirmation, we will definitely contact you and offer a suitable alternative that you confirm as well. This is usually the case with flight bookings – as sometimes the airline may change flight times or routes expecially on advance bookings.
When you agreed the itinerary with our travel agent, we will request a 30% deposit to confirm all your reservations. We have 256bit SSL secure form that you can safely send your credit card details. Once we receive your deposit , we will confirm all the details of your itinerary and email you the travel voucher within 3-5 business days with your flight tickets and other details. The balance due can be paid at any time before to arrival – or you can pay when you are in Cappadocia during your travels in our agency office which is located quite central in Goreme. In our office we accept all major currencies for cash payments, as well as Visa or MasterCard.
To confirm this itinerary, we will also need your international flight details to arrange the pick-up/drop-off services and your full names as per your passports to get the flight tickets.
General Cancellation Policy
Below is the general guideline for our cancellation policy if your agent does not mention otherwise:
Cancellation Policy for Hotel accommodations:
If you cancel 14 days before check-in date, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 14 to 7 days , there will be a cancellation penalty of 1 night accommodation.
If you cancel between 7 days to 24 hours, the full amount of the hotel will be charged.
There will not be any refunds on "no shows" for the hotel accommodations.
Cancellation Policy for Flight Tickets:
If you cancel the tickets 1 month before departure, only 15 Euro will be charged.
If you cancel within 1 month to 1 week time before departure, 40% of the total cost will be charged.
We cannot give any refund on no-shows for flight tickets.
Promotional fares offered by airlines are non-refundable, non-changeable.
Cancellation Policy for Tours and Airport Transfers:
If you cancel 48 hours before the tour or airport transfer, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours to 24 hours before the tour or airport transfer, we will charge 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of tour or airport transfer , we will charge the full amount as cancellation fee.
We cannot give any refund on no-shows for tours or airport transfers.
