Istanbul Hotel Pick-Up & Your Flight to Cappadocia
Your journey begins with an early pick-up from your Istanbul hotel. We will transfer you to Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport for the morning Cappadocia flight that you have booked separately.
After landing at Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport, our driver will meet you at the terminal and transfer you to the tour meeting point in Göreme. Your flight must arrive in time for the scheduled first-day tour.

Göreme Open Air Museum
Begin your Cappadocia experience at the region’s most celebrated UNESCO-listed site. Explore rock-cut monasteries and churches while your guide explains their Byzantine frescoes, architecture and importance in early Christian history.
Stop 2
Paşabağ Fairy Chimneys
Walk among Cappadocia’s famous mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys and learn how volcanic deposits, erosion and time created these remarkable formations.

After breakfast at your independently booked hotel, meet your guide and driver at approximately 10:00. Begin an easy-to-moderate hike of around 1.5 hours through Red and Rose Valleys, passing pigeon houses, rock-cut churches and panoramic scenery.
Comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended. The hiking route may be adjusted according to weather and ground conditions.

Çavuşin Panorama & Uçhisar Castle Viewpoint
Complete the valley walk near Çavuşin and enjoy a view of its abandoned rock settlement. Continue to the Uçhisar Castle Viewpoint for sweeping views across Cappadocia’s volcanic landscape.

Relax over lunch at a carefully selected local restaurant before continuing toward Kaymaklı Underground City.
Final Stop
Kaymaklı Underground City
Descend into one of Cappadocia’s best-known underground settlements. Discover a carefully organized network of living quarters, kitchens, storage rooms, stables, religious spaces and defensive passages.
Some passages are narrow and low. Guests with claustrophobia, mobility concerns or serious heart and respiratory conditions should consider whether the underground visit is suitable for them.
The tour normally finishes at approximately 16:30–17:00, followed by a transfer back to your hotel.

Soğanlı Valley

Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and the route may be adjusted according to weather and ground conditions.
Evening
Your Flight Back to Istanbul & Hotel Transfer
The guided tour normally finishes at approximately 16:00–16:30. You will then be transferred to Kayseri or Nevşehir Airport for the evening Istanbul flight that you booked separately.
After landing, your Istanbul driver will meet you at the airport and transfer you back to your hotel, completing the service.
Would You Like to Add a Hot Air Balloon Flight?
A Cappadocia balloon flight can be added on the second morning, subject to weather conditions, operational approval and availability. Because places often sell out, booking the flight together with your package is strongly recommended.

Cancellation Policy for Tours & Transfers
- At least 96 hours before service: No cancellation fee applies to the affected tour or transfer service.
- 96 to 24 hours before service: A 50% cancellation fee applies to the affected tour or transfer service.
- Less than 24 hours before service: The full amount of the affected tour or transfer is charged.
- No-shows: Payments are non-refundable when guests do not arrive for a confirmed service without prior notice.
- Independent bookings: Flight tickets and hotel reservations are governed by the airline’s and hotel’s own rules.

Are domestic flights included?
No. You book and pay for the Istanbul–Cappadocia and Cappadocia–Istanbul flights independently. We recommend confirming the service and suitable flight times with us before purchasing tickets.
Is hotel accommodation included?
No. You arrange and pay for two nights of accommodation in Cappadocia. A hotel in Göreme is recommended because it is convenient for the included transfers and tour pick-ups.
Which airport transfers are included?
The service includes your Istanbul hotel–airport transfer on Day 1, Cappadocia airport transfer after arrival, transfer to the Cappadocia airport on Day 3 and the final Istanbul airport–hotel transfer.
Which Istanbul airport will be used?
You may book a suitable flight from Istanbul Airport or Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The transfer will be organized according to the flight schedule agreed during the reservation process.
Which Cappadocia airport can I use?
Compatible flights may arrive at Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport or Kayseri Airport. Transfers can be organized from either airport when the flight details are confirmed in advance.
Is this a large bus tour?
No. The sightseeing tours operate in a small-group format with a maximum of 6 guests, allowing a more comfortable pace and easier interaction with the guide.
Are lunches and entrance tickets included?
Yes. Lunch on all three tour days and entrance fees for the scheduled sites are included. The separately ticketed Dark Church inside Göreme Open Air Museum and drinks during lunch are excluded.
Can I add a hot air balloon flight?
Yes. A balloon flight may be arranged for the second morning, subject to weather conditions and availability. It is not included in the service price.
How difficult are the valley walks?
The itinerary includes walking in Red and Rose Valleys and Soğanlı Valley. Routes are generally easy to moderate but include natural and uneven ground, so comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
Is Kaymaklı Underground City suitable for everyone?
The underground city contains narrow, low and enclosed passages. Guests with claustrophobia, mobility limitations or relevant heart and respiratory concerns should discuss the visit with us before booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Contact us immediately. We will assist with transfer coordination where operationally possible, but missed tour services caused by independently booked flight delays may not be refundable.
When will I return to my Istanbul hotel?
Return time depends on the evening flight you book and Istanbul traffic. The final transfer schedule will be coordinated using your confirmed flight details.
