Your Hotel in Cappadocia
All Year Around
With a pick-up from your hotel around 09:30, we will start our touring in magical Cappadocia. Our first stop will be at the Uchisar Castle Viewpoint, where you will enjoy the tallest fairy chimneys in the area and get some information about the history of Cappadocia. The next stop will be the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Cappadocia: Goreme Open Air Museum. The museum was once a monastery and used to have over 30 churches. The best-preserved churches in the area are located in the museum and we will visit them. On our way to lunch, we will stop by Love Valley Panorama for the breathtaking view of Love Valley, Red and Rose Valleys and then drive to Avanos for lunch.
After having our lunch at our restaurant, we will have the kick-wheel pottery demonstration in a family place. The art is almost 4000 years old in the area and the people are still using the oldest technique to shape their pots. Then, we will visit Pasabag Fairy Chimneys which are also known as ‘Monks Valley’. The best protected fairy chimneys which look like mushrooms are located in this valley and your guide will inform you about the formation of these amazing natural shapes. The final stop will be at Devrent Valley, which is very famous with its ‘camel-shaped fairy chimney’. The tour will finish after this stop and we will drop you off to your hotels around 16:30.
