Can I choose any hotel from your collection?
Yes. You can request a particular hotel and room category, or ask us to recommend the best match for your interests and travel dates. The final hotel and room are always subject to availability and confirmation.
Are restaurants and meals included in the itinerary?
Dining suggestions and restaurant selections are part of the planning experience. Restaurant costs, drinks and tasting menus are included only if explicitly listed in your bespoke quotation. Advance reservations are strongly recommended for popular dining rooms.
Can the itinerary be adjusted for our interests?
Absolutely. We can prioritize history, Christian art, valleys, photography, special celebrations, local cuisine, or gentle days with more time at your hotel. Your licensed guide and private vehicle are dedicated to your party.
Can you arrange flights from Istanbul and airport transfers?
Yes. We can include domestic flights, private NAV/ASR airport transfers and accommodation, or arrange only private guiding for travelers already staying in Cappadocia. Flights and transfer arrangements are quoted for your actual schedule.
Is a hot air balloon flight guaranteed?
No. Balloon operations are subject to aviation authorization and weather conditions. We recommend scheduling a flight for an early morning of your stay so there may be time to rearrange if conditions permit. All flights require separate confirmation.
Are hotel or restaurant MICHELIN awards the same?
No. MICHELIN Keys recognize hotels, while MICHELIN Stars recognize restaurant cooking. Museum Hotel and Argos hold Two Keys in the 2026 hotel selection, and Ariana holds One Key. Revithia is a One-Star restaurant; the other restaurants listed here are included in the MICHELIN Guide but do not hold a Star.
